Hello,
I am Charlotte. I am 21 years old and live in Sunderland. In my spare time, I love to read Non-Fiction books (preferably Ant Middleton), and I take a keen interest in playing the ukulele. I have a niece who is 4 years old and I see her everyday. I have loved watching her grow up as I have been able to put my qualifications into good use. Since the age of 12, I have been a committed member of the Durham Army Cadet Force, where I have gained my First Aid and First Aid at Work Qualifications. I am a calm and patient individual who has a passion and love for caring for children. I can provide an educational but also nurturing environment. My organisational and time management skills allow me to plan activities around your child's routines and individual needs making the most of our time together! Furthermore, I believe I am very energetic and I love the outdoors!
My Experience
In June 2018, I undertook a week of work experience at Busy Bees Nursery - Fulwell, where I was a Nursery Assisstant (09/07/2018 to 13/07/2018). Here, I worked alongside young children aged 1-6. There were young children in the Nursery with Special Needs such as Austism, so I have experience surrounding that area.
My Qualifications
Between 2018 to 2019, I studied Childcare and was awarded a Level 1 and 2 BTEC First Award in Children's Play, Learning and Development. I achieved a Merit. I hold a Level 2 in Patterns of Child Development, Promoting Children's Development Through Play, and The Principles Of Early Years Practice.
My Availability
In need of a permanent job so once I am guaranteed that, I am available each day and time of the week!
