About Me
I am a mum of two boys, aged 14 and 9. I currently teach baby signing at Sing and Sign North Devon, where I am the franchisee, so I’m with babies 0-24m and their parents in these classes. I have been a franchisee at Sing and Sign for 9 years. I also teach Reiki, which means that I have a calm and gentle approach. In my free time, I love baking, playing board games with my children and woodland walks.
My Experience
Before my boys were born, I volunteered at a charity called Friendship Works, mentoring a girl aged 8 from an under privileged background in inner London and continued with that until she was 18. My role was to spend 2-4 hours each week with her, giving quality time that her own parents could not give, such as library visits, baking, reading, homework support, playing games, going to the park, cinema, crafts, days out etc. Between March 2018 and March 2020, I was employed part time at a primary school as a Teaching Assistant. I spent the majority of that time in Reception class and also had experience in ks1 and ks2. In addition to this, I have volunteered as a helper when my little ones were in preschool and have provided babysitting for my friends with newborn babies and primary aged children.

Paediatric First Aid Trained
Cache Level 2 Teaching Assistant diploma ( including qualifications in managing behaviour, safeguarding children, observing children, prevent duty).
My Availability
It can vary, but generally Saturday nights are fine, some weekend daytimes and some mid week day times within school hours. Midweek evenings would be to start after 7.30pm

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
My fees reflect my qualification and experience and take into account travel time and cost. I would ask for a minimum three hour booking, which could possibly be negotiated in exceptional circumstances.

I’ve used Elle a few times now to look after my little girl when I’ve had things come up, she’s amazing, so patient and caring! My daughter always comes back with a smile! Her house is immaculate, and very child safe, I have zero worries at all when my little pickle is with Elle, I know she is being cared for just as well as she would at home.
