About Me
I am looking for part-time nanny or evening babysitting work in or around Reading. I have over 5 years experience working with children, I have taught abroad in schools and language centres and have just finished working in a primary school in Reading. I’m currently studying a PGCE in Primary Education so currently only have evening and weekend availability. I have been working as a Weekend Nanny in a private home since March 2022.
My Experience
I have taught children from the age of 4 upwards in Primary, Middle and Secondary schools in Spain, Morocco and the UK so have plenty of experience educating and looking after children of all ages. I was a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, I taught and provided in-school cover from Nursery to Year 6. I also worked at the Afterschool Club where I cared for children in smaller groups mainly 4-7 year olds. I have been working as a Weekend Nanny in a private home since March 2022 for 2 energetic boys aged 5 and 7.
My Qualifications
I am a CELTA qualified English as a foreign language teacher with an up-to-date DBS check. I am currently studying for a PGCE in Primary Education.
My Availability
I am currently studying so only have evening and weekend availability. Weekday evening availability is from 4:30pm/5pm onwards. During the school holidays I am also available in the daytime.
