About Me
I am a single parent, I have 2 children, a boy aged 3 who lives with me and is currently going through the ASD diagnosis,and a girl aged 2 who lives with her dad and sees me on weekends, school hols e.t.c
I have just changed from a full time job to a part time job as the hours of my full time didn’t work around nursery or my son very well.
I work as a carer, which sometimes means my shifts can be all over and I may be asked to come in for 12 hour shifts on the odd occasion. I don’t do night shifts or weekends though.
I am looking for someone who would be flexible to pick him up from nursery at the end of a day and look after him for a couple of hours after nursery till I finish work. This won’t always be regular and same days each week, so someone who has a bit of flexibility during the week would be great!
My son is currently under assessments for an autism diagnosis and is currently about to start his speech and language therapy.
Preferably, I’d like someone who has qualifications or previous experience working with and looking after children with disabilities.
My Requirements
Need to be confident with toddlers.
Would prefer someone who has first aid training as I always fear the worst when I’m not around.
