About Me
We have two wonderful boys aged 5 years and 3 years, looking for a full time nanny to help us Monday - Thursdays. The nanny can be live in and its maternity cover, so will be for up to 12 months. The youngest is at a nursery 9-12 each day, with the eldest at school from 8.20-3.20. The role will start from the start of July 2024.
My Requirements
The role will entail approx. 41 hours each week, from 7.45am-6pm. We are looking for a nanny who is full of energy to look after our boys - looking after them after nursery and school, helping with homework, giving them healthy nutritious meals and doing activities that we wouldn't necessarily think of / playdates. Nursery and school are term time only so they will need fun days during the holidays too. We'd like the boys to have lovely home cooked meals each day, and will be looking for our nanny to help with anything to do with the boys, including their washing, cooking, tidying up after them at the end of the day etc. A typical day will include dropping the eldest off at school at 8.20am, and the youngest at nursery at 9am, then picking the youngest up at 12.15 and the eldest at 3.20. 41 hours in the max, ideally the nanny would be able to find other work from 9-12 each day during term time, as there are lots of local mums with babies who would love the help, but flexible to talk about this. This would reduce hours to a minimum of 29 hours each week.
The position is live in, driving isnt essential but is desirable and exact schedule is negotiable.

Natalie was our fantastic nanny for over 2 years and she became an integral part of our family in that time. She is a very experienced nanny who has been an excellent influence on our 2 very energetic boys. She taught our boys excellent values and manners. Natalie was also very good at understanding the children’s educational needs and was great at supporting their development at home.
Natalie was very reliable, professional and always on time. She is innovative and creative when it comes to kids’ activities both indoors and outdoors. The children had lots of fun with Natalie exploring local parks and playgrounds. Natalie also arranged lots of playdates and this gave our children really good friends that they will keep for a long time.
Natalie was very good at getting all the child related chores that were required of her and the house was always tidy when we got home in the evenings. She cooked really nutritional meals for the children every day. We had an excellent relationship with Natalie built on trust and very good communication. She is a really wonderful nanny which any family would be luck to have.
