About Me
We are a family of three based in Luton and are looking for someone reliable and fun to provide after school care for our 8 year old daughter.
Your responsibilities would involve:
Occasional school pick up (we are a 5 min walk away)
Some meal prep for my daughter
After School entertaining (some TV is fine, along with a little reading/spellings and she adores crafts)
She attends Brownies every Wednesday so it would be great if you have a car to drop her off at 6.15pm, or we will pay for a taxi. We can be pretty flexible there.
Also occasional later evenings whiles mum and dad can have a night out.
Most of the time, I (Mum) will be working in my home office until 5.30 ish so will be close by.
Around once a week I will be heading into London and will not be back until around 7.00 -7.30ish so on that day (it will generally be a Thursday) you will be needed until that time and be happy to start a bed time routine. One of us will be back for tucking in time.
Our daughter is a very funny and intelligent little girl, she's well-behaved and sociable. We are sure whoever takes on this role will have a great time!
This would be a flexible position which will increase in days needed when our work load grows but will want to keep it regular for our daughter to build a relationship with the carer.
