Hi there! My name is Aimee I am 21 and I am a local babysitter rated 5*
I offer at home childcare for clients and am available during the evening and on weekends (please see below for availability).
I am very passionate about making sure any children under my care has the best experience possible! I love creating and planning activities tailored to each child for us to do together. I bring all my own resources, for example, dot to dots, stories, arts and crafts equipment and materials, colouring in and much more. I love creating bonds with the children I care for. Being able to put smiles on their faces is something I cherish especially if they’re off nursery or school poorly.
To be able to bond with the children and get to know their specific needs and interests I like to meet them and the parents before any job when possible. Or have a phone call with parents to discuss when impossible to meet before. That way both parties can make sure we’re comfortable and it allows me to create the best experience possible for the children.
I am confident preparing food and drinks for the children have a current food hygiene certificate.
When I’m at a clients home I enjoy doing light tidying up to help parents. For example putting toys away and cleaning up after food preparation. However if other light tasks need doing for example putting laundry on I am happy to help.
My availability is:
Monday 10am-11pm
Wednesday 6pm-12am (midnight)
Thursday 6pm-12am (midnight)
Friday 6pm-12am (midnight)
Saturday 11am- 12am (midnight)
Sunday - 11am - 12am (midnight)
I recommend booking any slots 2 weeks in advance at a minimum. But I do accept emergency bookings.

My Experience
1) In my previous role I worked as a play worker at a primary school, I worked with ages 5-11. I create actives, engage with play, help with homework and prepare food.
2) Before my role as a play worker I taught martial arts for 5 years. I taught ages 3-14 in class sessions and 1:1.

I hold a full UK driving licence and car and am able to commute to clients.

We used Aimee to babysit our two (5 and 9) year olds for a Saturday night and she was great - communicated really well before the evening and the kids loved playing with her. She even brought activities for them which was amazing! Would definitely contact her again and highly recommend her services :-)
