About Me
We're parents to a nearly 4 year old, looking for a part time nanny to work 20-25 hours per week, starting end of July, 2025. The role will be based in St Neots.
Our parenting philosophy is child-led, with Montessori principles (lots of movement, following their interests in learning, practical life involvement) and we're looking for someone like minded in our child's alternate carer. We spend time outdoors everyday. We do not let her cry it out, and do not believe in timeouts or spanking. Coaching and guiding rather than disciplining is our preferred parenting style.
Our daughter will be home-educated for philosophical reasons after she turns four. Her dad will be her primary educator and will work part-time. We will continue with this arrangement for at least two years, so, the part-time position is a long term position.
