My Experience
I’m currently going into my third year at university studying primary education. Before I came to university I had two years of experience working in a nursery with children aged from 4 months to 5 years. During my university course I have continued to work at the same nursery as I absolutely love my job and therefore I have just over 4 years of experience working in a nursery. During my degree I have had experience working in two very different primary schools teaching children from ages of 5 to 11. I also babysit for a few different families in the evenings and on weekends. This involves putting children to bed, playing with them to encourage development, doing nappies, meal times and preparing bottles and just helping out families as much as possible.

Level 3 extended diploma in children’s play, education and learning.
