Someone motivated to work independently with little intervention from me. Someone who can engage baby in mindful play and prepare healthy meals. Someone who likes being organised and happy to teach baby discipline through their own behaviour.
Ideally someone who doesn't mind mopping/hover areas baby use and occasional ironing and bed sheets change.
