I live in Leaden Roding with my family and animals. I'm very passionate about helping children achieve their full potential. I am an experienced SEN Educator who has been working in mainstream schools for 11 years and other areas of childcare and education.. I like to create a bespoke learning plan which is fun and engaging that helps children progress with their learning.
I'm available for Catch up, Special needs, Speech and Language, support with Maths, English, Reading and Phonics.

My Experience
I am an experienced SEN Educator who has been working in mainstream schools for 11 years in Early years to year 6 as a Teaching Assistant and a HLTA and most recently as a SENCo Assistant. My role was to work closely with teachers, the SENCo and Head teacher, to identify and put in place interventions to support and move children forward in their learning.
This covered a wide range of areas. Sometimes it was Literacy, Phonics, Reading and Maths but it also covered a lot of Speech and Language difficulties like concentration, processing and retaining information.
I worked within the classroom and on a one-to-one basis. I have had the pleasure of supporting children with Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism but also many children who didn’t have a diagnosis. Some children just needed a different approach, a little more time to process and lots of encouragement.
