Dear Nanny,
We are a french family who have been living in London for 2 years (Chelsea, Sloane Square).
We have 3 young children (Eva: 6 years old, Lucas: 3 and a half years old, Axel: 1 and a half years old). Our children are educated in english schools/nurseries. We speak french at home but we would like the nanny to speak english with our children.
We are a positive and caring family with our children. We are very committed to respecting the physiological needs of our children.
We are also tolerant and attentive if you need to communicate for possible requests.

My Requirements
Dear Nanny,
We are looking for a punctual, serious, responsible, funny and positive nanny who sincerely loves children. Experience with children in need would be a plus for us as our son Lucas was recently diagnosed with autism without intellectual disability. Lucas is a very smiling, cuddly, calm and mischievous little boy. He doesn't speak yet. We are trying to get him clean as he is still in diapers and challenge him to unlock his language.
Our needs are:
-Pick up Axel at the nursery at 5 p.m. on monday/tuesday/wednesday/thursday/friday (located at Earls Court) ;
-Prepare and give dinner to the 3 children ;
-Give Eva and Lucas a bath (+teeth brushing). I give Axel a bath and put him to bed (he is still breastfed) ;
-Lucas storytime ;
-Lucas bedtime at 7 p.m ;
-Help Eva with her homework (She is in year 2 at school) ;
-Eva playtime (read her a story + free play) ;
-Eva bedtime at 8 p.m.
We therefore need a nanny from monday to friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. :)
Occasionally, on Friday evening we will need the nanny to babysit (from 8 p.m. to midnight), she will watch over the 3 children who will be sleeping so that the parents can go out as a couple :)

Lavina was our Nanny for 2 consecutive years from September 2022 to August 2024 in Chelsea, London. Unfortunately, we had been transferred to the USA in August 2024 (for professional reasons). We are a French family diplomat with 3 young children including a moderate non-verbal autistic child. At the time of Lavina's care, our 3 children were 5, 3 and 1 years old.
Eva is a real human gem! She has become an integral member of our family and the children (as well as the parents) all love her very deeply! ♡
Lavina is a very reliable person, trustworthy, serious, respectful, understanding, patient, punctual and always in a good mood! She has been a ray of sunshine for our family and a real help. She quickly integrated the family rituals and provided the children with a caring and loving environment. The children became very attached to her. Her work with the children was remarkable, and our hearts were torn as we left for the USA 💔
Lavina would pick up the children from school, help me manage the children for dinner, bathe the children and help my eldest with her homework. Lavina worked in our home Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8pm, and sometimes babysat on Friday evenings until midnight (the night before the children went to bed).
In addition, to developing organizational skills with young children, Lavina has developed skills in understanding and managing children with special needs (my son is autistic). Her multidisciplinary skills make her a nanny with not only strong values but also a solid knowledge of how children function.
Quite sincerely, if we hadn't gone to the USA Lavina would almost certainly still have been our children's Nanny ♡♡♡♡.
For conclude, we very highly recommend Lavina to be part of your family ♡
