About Me
Hi, my name is Chloe. I have worked in childcare for 4 years at a day nursery and I was the team leader of our toddler room. I have covered in other rooms throughout the nursery. However, my main experience is with 1-3 year olds. I work hard to create strong bonds with the children to allow them to feel safe and confident while in my care. I also gain good relationships with the parents in order to work alongside them to better the child's development and growth. I am a calm and patient person who enjoys watching the children in my care grow and learn.
My Experience
I worked in a day nursery for 4 years. There, I gained my level 3 qualification in early years and experience looking after children in large groups. I have been through many transitions with the children, including potty training, the arrival of a sibling, and changing rooms.
I also have a young niece whom I have cared for 1 day a week since she was 4 months old. This has given me experience caring for a young baby in a home setting.
My Qualifications
I have my Level 3 in early years. I have also been paediatric first aid trained.
