About Us
The Old Station Nursery Bishopton Pre-School is located next to Bishopton Primary School, making it an ideal location to help prepare your child for their transition into school. The Pre-School has been carefully designed to enable the children to self-select resources and activities, and provides part time care for children aged 3-5 years old.
Inside, the Pre-School is made up of two areas: one for encouraging creativity, with activities focusing on modelling, crafting, mark making, drawing and playdough; and the other for exploring construction, small world, role play and maths; as well as a cosy book corner.
Outdoor play is especially important to us here at the Pre-School. We have a Forest School area, equipped with a mud kitchen, tepee, log seating area, waterplay and an undercover area; so that the children can explore the great outdoors in all weathers. The children take part in daily nature classes, supporting them to become curious learners.
The Pre-School is open term time only (excluding bank holidays and Christmas) from 9:15am-12:15pm.
