I can’t praise her enough! She’s been absolutely wonderful with my child. Even at short notice, she’s stepped in and provided excellent care, always accommodating my unpredictable shift patterns with flexibility and understanding. Her communication is outstanding: she keeps me updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which gives me real peace of mind. She’s warm, reliable, and professional, and my child has truly thrived under her care. She even took the time to support me with the childcare funding application, which was a huge help and showed just how committed she is to the families she works with.
