Lesley looked after 2 of my children from when they were 10 months old until the eldest was 4.5 and the youngest was 3 years old when we left London.
I can not recommend Lesley highly enough. We worked together as a partnership. She has a fantastic understanding of children and is able to provide them with love while teaching them how to behave as part of a social group.
Lesley is a great believer of making sure that children get the right balance of physical activity, mental stimulation and down time.
It was fantastic to find such an amazing and trustworthy childminder. I was very sad when she refused to leave London to continue looking after my children.

Lesley gives 100% to the children in her care, they are her priority.
The children are taken to playgroups, the park, the Zoo, Museums, etc. My son was with Lesley for over 7 years and still talks fondly of the outings they went on.
In my personal opinion she's Wonderwoman

Lesley cared for my daughter Holly for 2 years, from the age of 1 to 3 1/2, and Holly adored her - she still talks about her 4 years on! Lesley is an absolutely wonderful childminder and a natural with children. She makes sure that the their days are filled with fun indoor and outdoor activities, and also spends time at the local drop in nurseries where the children can mix with other little ones. As parents, we were kept fully up-to-date with their progress throughout the days and weeks. Lesley offers the children in her care a fun-filled, stable, loving environment in which they feel happy, comfortable and safe. As a result, Holly is a bright loving, enthusiastic children with excellent communication skills and respect for others, attributes which we feel that Lesley has had a big part to play in during her early years. Finally, Lesley clearly adores all her children in her care, which is everything we as a family could wish for.
