About Me
Hi, I am 21 and a recent graduate. I am passionate about working with children and have been working with children since I was 17. I am empathetic, patient and have been described to have a calm persona which I believe will be useful as a babysitter. Currently, I do not have a car but I have started lessons. This can mean that lifts would be helpful but depending on the time, I can arrange my own transport.
My Experience
For 4 years, I have been working in a youth club for children aged 5 to 18 where I helped to provide fun and engaging activities and games for the children such as leading baking sessions and arts and crafts. Since last summer, I had also started to volunteer as a play worker assistant where I help to run play sessions for children between 6 months and 12 years old. Some of the children within these play sessions were SEN so I have a small amount of experience in that area.
My Qualifications
I do not have professional childcare qualifications but I am up to date with my DBS.
My Availability
As I have recently graduated, I have a large amount of time on my hands. My current job is term-time so will mean that during this time, I will be unavailable on alternating Tuesdays after school.
