Hi, I’m Poppy. I am an active, outgoing young lady who is studying child psychology, therefore I love helping children to develop; both emotionally and intellectually. I am flexible to suit yours and your child’s needs, whether they’re young and still developing their fine motor skills, or if they’re older and need assistance with homework. I have high grades in English, Maths and much more so am very capable of helping with homework to a high standard, if required. PLEASE NOTE: I have a 10 month old that comes to work with me. He is a very happy boy and doesn’t mind spending time in the carrier so that I can get things done.
My Experience
I have experience with children of different ages, ranging from 0-11 years of age. I’ve nannied for multiple families and been an Early Years Educator at a nursery for 1-3 year olds. I am DBS checked and happy to provide references if required. I am paediatric first aid trained.
My Qualifications
-DBS Check.
-Previously an Early Years Practitioner.
-Experience with a variety of ages.
-High grades in various subjects, including A in Psychology A-Level, which I have now gone on to study a specialised child psychology course.
-Paediatric first-aid trained.
My Availability
I am regularly available on the days shown on the grid, but should a separate time be required as a one-off then we can see what can be arranged. Ideally looking for around 20-30 hours a week but I am flexible.

I have worked with Poppy for the past 6 months and have been satisfied with her service. She communicates well , is punctual and goes out of her way just to make sure my child is happy. One day I came home and found out she bought a couple of glossary items for her. I was quite embarrassed and at the same time grateful.
I would recommend her for anyone who wants peace of mind when away from their child.
