I have recently left my role as Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at St.Leonards Hospital in London to focus on developing a family business here in Oxford. Whilst I'm enjoying the new challenge, I do miss helping others where I can. My Qualifications
Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (2020 - 2022): supported individuals with common mental health difficulties in the self-management of their recovery. Managed distress, medication and ongoing risk within service protocols, including safeguarding both children and adults. Delivered Cognitive Behavioural therapy treatment and relapse prevention plans that empowered the patient, created hope and supported recovery. First aid training, DBS approval and safeguarding knowledge all required for this role.

We love using Sophia as our babysitter. My daughter does not like to stay with anyone outside of our family apart from Sophia. With Sophia she always feels safe and loved. Sophia is always playing and singing with my daughter, making her laugh with her songs and games. Sophia is always engaging with her and listens to her with her full attention. This makes our daughter feel heard and seen. Sophia’s heart is so big and it is wonderful that my daughter gets to experience Sophia’s care and positivity when being with her. Thank you Sophia for being there for our daughter.
