My Experience
I love spending time getting to know each child I work with. I have had 20 years of experience working with children and with children who have additional needs ADHD ASD etc. I have worked as a children with disabilites social worker. I have been a childminder for 0- 11 year old having up to 10 children one time for 9 years. I have 2 children of my own 15 and 21 who love the outdoors and trying new experiences. More recently I have worked with young carers dnd their families in a team leader role. I love sharing my love of art and baking with children of all ages.
