Hi all, my name is Laura. I am half English, half Finnish. I have spent most of the year in Finland with family and now looking for a live-out Nanny job in the UK. My passions and interests are mental health and wellbeing, childcare development, reading and all things nature and these things echo into my style of care when Nannying. I teach learning through play and being in nature while encouraging creativity and individuality.
My Experience
I have 14 years experience in Childcare. After studying Child Development 15 years ago, I went on to work in a variety of settings including Montessori Day Centres, Primary Schools and Nurseries. I then became a private Nanny for families over a 7 year period. I have been very lucky to have formed caring and trusting bonds with families that I have stayed with for up to 4 years. I can provide excellent references on request.
