About Me
Hello, my name is Miriam, I
Am a mum of three boys, ages 15, 10 and nearly nine months old, I’m about to set up a Home nursery service , for children ages 0-8 years of age, this includes home made food / cooked meals , morning drop off and school pick ups, following the EYFS foundation stage, this intertwine with the children’s interest learning through play, arts and crafts every day, living near lots of play parks, a local library and town we are very lucky, I have a nice cozy corner, construction play, role play area , places to rest after lunch time or when a child requires to rest. Promoting children’s gross and fine motor skills… from climbing and balancing to small activities set out on a child’s interest on a daily basis.
My Experience
My most recent occupation was working in a SEND school supporting individual care needs, I’m a full time mum, I’ve worked at a local Holiday resort in the south west as part of an entertainments team, this includes putting on family pantomimes and show/ Cabarets , I have worked in nurseries as a nursery nurse , and in a pre school environment.
My Qualifications
National Diploma in childcare and early years, Paediatric First Aid, NVQ level 2 and 3 , experience with Makaton language and communication. I am DBS checked also .
My Availability
To start with I will be open Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 am till 18:00 as of the 1st November I will be opening as a full time basis Monday to Friday, offering school pick up and drop offs, I will take children from 0-8 years of age ?
