Hi there! I am a positive, active person who loves art, nature and animals.
I am currently working full time Monday to Friday 9 - 5. But am looking to pick up some extra babysitting work on evenings and weekends.
My Experience
I have had a variety of childcare / teaching roles over the years including nannying, babysitting and working in nursery settings (with ages 3 months - 5 years). I also worked in an American summer camp teaching art to children aged 6-16. From my previous experiences I am confident in attending to the emotional, physical and behaviour needs of children of this broad age range.
I have spent many years living abroad, and through this have broadened both my life and work experiences. I am highly reliable, adaptable and capable of handling responsibility.
My Qualifications
Fine Art Degree (Bachelor of honours)
Although I do not hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare, I do have four years of childcare experience. I have used my fine art degree in each of my roles to create arts and crafts activities, both for enjoyment and to encourage fine motor development.
