My Requirements
I need childcare on Tuesday - Thursday 7:30/7:45 until 5:30 as soon as possible. Ideally near Linton.
My son is 16 months

My son has been with Karen since September originally doing 1 day a week and moving upwards to 3.
Karen has been flexible with what I need allowing me to change my timings month by month based on my husband's work. She is also good at communicating how my son had been.
Karen does crafts with the children and it's lovely to see what things my son produces.
It took a while for my son to be ok being without me but Karen was patient and willing to try different techniques to put him at ease.
Karen has been a great childminder for my son and the only reason we are leaving is due to a relocation
