About Me
I am warm, hardworking and trustworthy, with a responsible and enthusiastic approach to
my work. I genuinely love caring for children, helping them to develop skills through play
and fun activities. I enjoy planning and providing opportunities for children to explore and
enjoy the natural environment around them as well as engaging in messy play such as arts,
crafts and play dough! Reading with the children is also important to me. I have a fun, fair
and caring ethos which enable children to feel safe and happy whilst in my care. I ensure that I
work with parents to ensure the children have well rounded support and continuity at all times. I find it very rewarding to watch children grow and develop their character whilst helping them to reach the different milestones along the way.
My Experience
I am a level 3 qualified early years educator. I am currently based in a nursery setting as a Deputy toddler room leader. I’ve worked in childcare for over 3 years and have had experience working with multiple age groups having worked in baby room, toddlers and preschool room as well as babysitting older children.
My Qualifications
• TQUK Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s workforce (early years educator) (RQF)
• First Aid Certificate
• CSE trained
• Trained in recognising and preventing FGM
• Prevent Referrals training completed
• Level 2 award in Food Safety
• Level 2 award in Safeguarding
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Understanding of COEL and Leuven scales
• A levels x3 (Grades A* - A)
• GCSE’s x9 (Grades A* - B)
My Availability
Available evenings from 6pm onwards Monday to Friday.
