I couldn’t be happier with the care my one-year-old receives from Jumyea. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to make sure he is safe, happy, and engaged. He is happy to see her and in her care, even though he is quite shy, which speaks volumes about the warm and nurturing environment she provides and peace of mind for me.
I receive regular picture updates throughout the day, which really helps me feel connected and reassured while I’m at work. Jumyea keeps me fully informed with a detailed rundown of everything they’ve done, and it’s clear she tailors activities to suit my son’s individual interests and personality.
She takes him out for age-appropriate activities and provides a lovely mix of fun and stimulation at home too—whether it’s singing, colouring, or exploring new toys. Her space is clean, safe, and peaceful, creating the perfect environment for little ones to play, learn and grow.
It’s such a relief as a parent to know your child is not only well looked after, but genuinely thriving. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Jumyea and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for caring and thoughtful childcare. Thank you

I left my 3 years with jumyea, she is a very humble and professional lady who knows what is she doing and keeping everything up to date with her paperwork. Her house is clean and tidy, and I feel safe to leave my child under her care because my child was happy going to her and at hand over times. I’m happy mum who received excellent service!

I am absolutely disappointed with the way Jumyea runs her childminding services. She has been rude and disrespectful in her communication to me on several occasions.
Avoid because:
• Dreadful customer service
• very poor communication. Rude and disrespectful
• unorganised
• Keeps changing the contracts
• Has the TV on when kids are there
• Several times my child came home absolutely hungry despite her saying she fed them
• Overcharged me on invoices for food that I brought in myself
• Doesn't respond well to feedback e.g. child was hungry
• Too much paperwork and constant changes
• I had my child booked with her for 2 days and she told me on the day that she took another child on instead
• Too many rules and drama, causing unnecessary stress
• Unnecessary fees charged
If you are looking for peace of mind when using a childminder you WON'T get it with her.

This is a completely fake review which is filled with lies. I have never overcharged for food or given unnecessary charges. My house is ofsted checked and my duty officer also has been to my house multiple times and knows that my environment is clean and safe.
This parent treated me like a slave and never talked to me appropriately. She never said thank you, please or appreciated anything I did from the very beginning.
She tells me last minute when she needs childcare when I already have children booked. To properly look after each child I cannot take last minute bookings on the day of. I repeatedly asked for the dates she needs before the beginning of each week yet she does not do this.
My contracts and policies are amended yearly. I informed the parent of this and sent her the policies and contracts to read through. Yet she did not do this. The first contract signed was not the full contract hence why I asked for additional information such as the emergency contact for the child. There was barely anything new or anything that had changed for this child. I only needed additional information for safeguarding the child. Everything remained the same, if only she read it through it and discussed it with me.
I have only ever sent her two invoices. One was for three days in April and one for May 2025. I have all evidence of these me clearly shows I never overcharged for anything.
This review is based off spite and is not true. I look after other children whose parents I have never got a complaint or had an issue from.
I have all evidence, video, pictures and texts to disprove this parent’s lies.
