Egle agreed over 2 weeks ago to come to the park and meet our son for a little meet and greet. We sent a message the day before to see if she was still available, no response. We then called her the same day, no response. We even messaged the morning of the day, no response. To not have a few moments to tell us that she was unavailable says a lot about what it would have been potentially like to communicate with her whilst she may have had our son. In the long term it has probably done us a favour but we stopped speaking to other nanny’s as we were due to meet her. So for 10 days it’s been a waste of time. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I think it’s important for other parents to know what level of service they potentially might get. We aren’t talking about a bad experience at a restaurant…… it’s our most precious things in our lives.
