The biggest factor for me in recommending Charlotte is how confident she reassured I've felt when leaving my children with her.
Charlotte has cared for my son up until he attended school and cares for my one year old daughter currently. Both children love Charlotte and love the setting. They leave home happy to go and come back happy each day, which is everything to me.
Charlotte is amazing with the children in the setting and the routine is made up of a great balance of play and learning. The children all socialise with local play groups, and go on regular trips to places of interest.
Communication is fantastic and Charlotte is wonderful at teaching the children essential skills and assisting with elements such as potty training.
I feel completely confident leaving my children in Charlotte's care and can trust they will receive the best levels of care. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Charlotte and Lily Lous childcare to future parents
