My Requirements

Childcare Duties: Primarily, the role involves managing and facilitating the afterschool activities for three energetic children aged 8, 7, and 5, including coordinating schedules, providing safe transportation to and from various activities near Richmond, and ensuring they are prepared for each engagement. This includes supervising and engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental play, creative pursuits, and outdoor recreation. Following the arrival of a newborn in December, duties will occasionally extend to incorporating the baby into activity planning and engagement in a manner suitable for their age and needs, alongside caring for the older children's active schedules.

Housekeeping Duties: Child-related housekeeping duties will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings, ensuring toys and equipment are tidy and put away. Responsibilities also involve managing the children's laundry (washing, folding, and putting away their clothes), cleaning up after their meals and snacks, and keeping their school bags and activity kits organized. With the arrival of the newborn in December, this will extend to tasks such as ensuring baby's feeding equipment is clean and sterilized, and maintaining the tidiness of the nursery and baby-related supplies.
