About Me
Hi,
I’m a loving mother of two (8 and 9), I tend to take the conscious parenting style, I operate under growth mindset myself and I’m always learning, understanding, growing. I do self-growth writing & have been for the past 3 years online under an alias. I’m friendly, open-minded, non-judgemental, and practice mindfulness, transmuting, and pattern changing for positives as a conscious chosen path, and have been for a long long time =D
My kids are possibly neurodivergent not diagnosed (runs in family) but still fairly easy, happy, understanding, conscious loving children. I have a focus on psychology and the mind, and so I always seek to understand, and help my kids understand themselves, listen to their needs and teach them to assert their needs if something is triggering them & understand them. There are some triggers for sensory & social anxiety which we understand and have strategies for. I’m looking for someone positive, trustworthy and reliable, someone who can be consistent, and commit long-term. Looking for up to 4 hours across the week with the right person, Must have an enhanced DBS, happy to pay for the right candidate. Thank-you. Pay rate £15 p/h but can be discussed. You must be over 18 & be somewhat similar and with some relevant experience so we know you’ll be a good fit, thanks.
My Requirements
We’re looking for somebody kind, caring, understanding, gentle and understanding of sensory overload & sensory triggers, anxiety would be really helpful. Childcare experience and knowledge essential. Ideally qualification of some kind of working towards and can provide evidence of this. They are possibly neurodivergent so any experience with that is also helpful. Somebody positive that can provide a nurturing safe environment. My daughter is extremely talkative, happy, creative, loves animals, cares about the environment, and thoughtful, and my son has gotten a bit of a gaming addiction which I’m trying to ease away and reduce, I want him to engage with being outside more, he is a very kind, considerate boy. They do have a good friendship. I teach them to understand each other to continue nurturing that connection. They’ve had a stressful few years so it’s really important that they can be well supported and have a fun, happy time. They will be involved in the process as I need to find someone they like and can feel safe and happy around. Thanks
