My Experience
While I’m new to babysitting in the UK, I have several valuable experiences working with children in both educational and creative settings.
I’ve been involved in kids’ camps, where I taught children how to hand knit and helped them practice English in a fun, interactive way. I also organized outdoor games and activities, and was given responsibility for leading my own group of seven nine-year-olds—an experience that taught me how to balance fun with safety and structure.
Coming from a large family, I’ve spent many years caring for younger siblings and cousins. These early responsibilities helped me develop a strong sense of patience, empathy, and understanding when it comes to supporting children’s needs and emotions.
In addition, I’ve led art workshops for girls of various ages, teaching basic drawing skills and encouraging creative expression. These sessions allowed me to combine my love of art with my passion for helping kids grow in confidence and imagination.
My Qualifications
I have completed several first aid training courses in Poland, which have given me a strong understanding of how to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. While I do not currently hold a UK-issued certificate, I am confident in my ability to apply first aid knowledge responsibly.
My Availability
I am available for work throughout the summer, based in East Oxford. I’m flexible with hours and open to both part-time and full-time opportunities.
