I have booked Mariana for 5 hours to look after my baby while my husband was working from home and had an important meeting.
Unfortunately after only few hours we had to let her go.
She didn’t know how to hold the baby properly or feed him. It was clear she hasn’t had any experience with small babies.
I believe her experience is not factual and is misleading.
After checking her profile to rough and her documentation I thought is the perfect fit to look after my baby and I was so wrong.
She might have experience with children but not with babies.
After she has left I wanted to review her and she has blocked my profile? That’s was a bit weird.
So we have been left without childcare because she contact me and requested the job without knowing what she is doing.
I’m sorry but I would not recommend her for babies!
