About Me

A little about me

LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME LIVE IN NANNY POSITION

Hi I’m Jayden a creative, calm, and nature-loving nanny with a passion for supporting children in a way that feels nurturing, playful, and deeply connected to the world around them.

I was bless to have grow up with parents who gave me the freedom to be open-minded, explore nature, and find joy in the little things. Whether it was running barefoot through the grass, collecting leaves, or simply being present in the moment, those early experiences shaped the way I now care for children with curiosity, warmth, and a gentle rhythm.

I'm also qualified and have an up-to-date DBS, up-to-date safeguarding, and a first aid certificate.

I’m a creative soul who loves baking, painting, drawing, swimming, and turning walls into art. I’m big on storytelling, fashion, and all things playful — and yes, I’m a PrettyLittleThing Premium member (don’t judge me, it’s where my style comes from!).

I dream of travelling the world, exploring museums, art shows, and cultures far and wide. I also love poetry, walks, and quiet moments that feel a little magical.

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, nature play, and emotional awareness. I love building slow, meaningful routines that support both learning and wellbeing. Whether we’re out on a forest walk, painting with natural materials, or reading together in a quiet corner, I aim to create moments that help children feel safe, seen, and inspired to be themselves.
With experience in both teaching and nannying, I blend structure and creativity in a way that adapts to each child’s needs and pace — always led by care, empathy, and a whole-child perspective.

MEET AND GREAT.

Care Introduction & Settling Process
A gentle, phased approach tailored to each child:
• Initial Parent Zoom Call
A space for parents to ask questions, understand the ethos of Jayden’s Care, and share insights about their child. No fee applies.
• Child Zoom Call
Depending on age, this could be imaginative story telling, show-and-tell, or a relaxed, child-led chat, whatever helps the child feel seen and heard.
• First In-Person Playdate
A visit to a local park or a coffee shop the child already knows. This helps create connection in a space that feels safe and familiar.
• Second In-Person Playdate at Home
A relaxed home visit to begin bridging the gap between me as a visitor and me as a trusted carer in their personal space.
• Tailored Settling-In Period
This could be a short or extended transition, entirely based on the child’s pace. Some children settle quickly, while others need more time—and that’s perfectly okay.
• The Child’s Choice
The final step: if the energy aligns, and most importantly, if the child chooses me, then Jayden’s Care is available for booking.

The safety, emotional security, and well-being of the child are at the core of everything I do. Safeguarding isn’t just policy—it’s a living value. Each step is paced with care, led by the child’s comfort and consent. All Zoom calls are recorded for transparency, and only proceeds if it feels right for everyone—especially the child. My approach is built on trust, slow introductions, and the belief that children know when they feel safe. The settling-in period is flexible, shaped entirely around each child’s unique rhythm, helping them transition with confidence and connection.

My Experience

I’ve worked in schools, creative spaces, and homes I bring hands-on experience from the classroom into my role as a nanny — supporting children’s development through engaging routines, creative play, and gentle guidance.

I’ve worked closely with children across various age groups, (4months -age 11) helping them grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. This background allows me to offer a calm, consistent presence at home, where I can tailor activities and care to each child’s unique personality and pace.Care and connection are at the heart of how I guide play and behaviour. I take a conscious discipline approach — setting clear, respectful boundaries while helping children understand their emotions and choices with kindness.

We start each day with a simple, visual plan using pictures and drawings to outline our rhythm by the hour. This gives children a sense of structure and ownership.

Our mornings often include a mix of hands-on, play-based learning — from nature walks and sensory play to fine motor skill activities, early maths games, and creative storytelling to support early English. Everything is playful, purposeful, and adapted to the child’s interests and energy that day.
