We had Kirmal look after our 15-month-old on a few occasions. She was very friendly and got along well with the little one. She was able to help with her feeds and always kept the place tidy. She was able to take out the little one to the park a few times and was always prompt in replying to our messages.

Thank you so much Ashish it was lovely working for your family 😊

I've been working with Kirmal for a week. She agreed to my terms and was welcoming and friendly. I liked that my son took her well at home, didn't cry and everything was fine for a week. One day I came home early and found a nanny in the kitchen with headphones and an iPad, she was knitting something out of threads and watching videos while my child was watching TV. This moment made me a little sad, I wanted to find a nanny for a long time and unfortunately she said about the termination of her work with our family in 1 day and this situation put me in a difficult situation with my work and family . I hope she will find her family in which she will be comfortable and interesting to play with children and take care of them.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad your son felt comfortable and happy during my time with your family. I always aimed to provide attentive care and follow your routines.

Regarding the moment you mentioned, he was using his iPad, which he frequently enjoys, and I had been actively encouraging him to engage in activities and play with me beforehand.

I stepped away briefly to the kitchen for a short moment while he continued independent play, not to neglect him, but to recompose myself and ensure I could provide focused care.

I chose to end the arrangement because I felt my family emergency was not met with understanding or consideration.

I also offered a qualified replacement to ensure your child was cared for. I appreciate your understanding and wish your family all the best.
