My Experience
I have gained hands-on experience working in two nurseries as part of my college placements. I am currently completing a Level 3 apprenticeship, although my hours have been reduced as it’s nearing completion. My role during the week involves caring for children, supporting their daily needs, and closely observing their development and achievements. I provide assistance when required, ensuring that children are guided effectively and complete tasks correctly, while encouraging independence and confidence. In addition, I successfully completed my First Aid training earlier this year.

Child criminal exploitation, gangs and county lines.
Female genital mutilation: recognising and preventing FGM
