As a parent, my experience with this nursery was extremely disappointing and concerning. The setting has previously received two poor Ofsted outcomes under two different names, yet in my view nothing meaningfully changed beyond rebranding. The same issues appeared to continue, which raised serious doubts about leadership and accountability.

My biggest concern was safeguarding. When I raised an issue involving a male staff member, I found the nursery’s response alarming. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and the investigation and follow-up left me feeling uneasy and unheard as a parent. Rather than being reassured, I was left with more questions than answers.

After expressing my concerns and speaking with other parents, my daughter’s placement was unexpectedly terminated. No clear or reasonable explanation was given, which felt retaliatory and unprofessional. As a parent advocating for my child’s safety and wellbeing, this was incredibly upsetting.

Overall, I felt there was a lack of transparency, poor handling of safeguarding concerns, and little regard for parental voice. Sadly, I would not recommend this nursery to others and would strongly advise researching their past Ofsted issues before putting your child in their care
