My Experience

I have five years of experience working in childcare, both in a nursery setting and supporting children with SEND from ages 1–18. I began working in childcare at 16 and have gained a wide range of experience with different ages and needs.

Within the nursery, I worked my way up to becoming a Baby Room Lead, where I was responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment and supporting both the children and the team. I really enjoy building strong relationships with children and helping them feel happy, secure, and confident as they grow.

Working closely with children with SEND has helped me develop patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt my approach to suit each child’s individual needs. I am passionate about childcare and take pride in making a positive difference in children’s lives.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and, through my many years working closely with children, I have had the opportunity to complete a wide range of training. This has helped me build strong knowledge and confidence in child development, safeguarding, and best practice, allowing me to provide high-quality, informed care and continue to grow as a childcare professional.

My Availability

I’m available almost all of the time and would be willing to look into overnight shifts now and then!
