About Me
Hi! My name is Tianna, I am 24 years old and currently live in Ross-on-Wye. I am looking for a full-time, daytime nanny position, where I can support a family who would benefit from a calm, caring, and reliable presence in their home.
I am a naturally calm, patient, and nurturing person, with a strong ability to manage big emotions and challenging situations — something I have developed through both my professional experience and family life. I am very creative and love art (having completed Art GCSE and A Level), and I am also passionate about music and am a professional singer outside of my full time role at an SEMH secondary school!
I am a huge lover of the outdoors and animals, and enjoy incorporating nature, creativity, and play into daily routines. I also love cooking and baking and would be more than happy to prepare meals for the children and help with light household tasks as part of supporting a busy family.
My Experience
I have over 3.5 years of professional experience working in a SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) secondary school, where I currently work. Throughout my role, I have gained extensive experience supporting children and young people with ADHD, Autism, and a range of additional educational needs.
I have worked as both a Teaching Assistant (TA) and Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), delivering and supporting learning across subjects including Maths, English, Humanities, and PSHE. This means I am very confident in providing educational support, homework help, or light homeschooling and structured learning activities where needed.
I am also trained as an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant), which is the role I currently hold, working 1:1 with children from Year 7 to Year 11, helping them to understand and regulate their emotions, manage anxiety, and develop emotional resilience. This role has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships and support children’s emotional wellbeing.
Additionally, I have experience assisting with Forest School activities, encouraging outdoor learning, exploration, and confidence-building through nature-based play.
Alongside my professional experience, I also have hands-on childcare experience through caring for my nieces and nephews, giving me a well-rounded understanding of children across a variety of ages.

I am fully DBS checked
I have worked in an SEMH secondary school for 3.5 years
Various CPD training on ADHD, regulation , health and safety, Autism
9 GCSE’s A*-C
3 A levels BBA
My Availability
I would be available 4 days a week ( this can be negotiated depending on your needs) and am happy to fit around your timings ideally finishing my working day no later than 6pm. I can start as early in the day as you like.

- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
