My situation was very awkward, I live in the Holland but am English and my daughter who is 4.5 only speaks Dutch. My father was taken ill suddenly and I needed to come immediatley over to the UK to be with my father. I needed also to bring my daughter with me.

Fran was heaven sent, she even picked me up from the station, and she kept in constant contact. She made not only my daughter feel welcome but me also. Fran looked after Josephine for nearly 3 weeks in in that time my father unfortunately passed away, but Fran was the most flexibile, caring and kind hearted childminder (and person) I have ever met. Josephine went every morning willinginly to Frans house, and she not only took care of her, but ensured that she was fed and had great fun.

I would recommend Fran to care for any age child and would once again, thank her with all my heart for the work that she did for me.
