About Me
I worked in nurseries for about 5 years and wanted to do something different but still in the childcare sector so chose childminding.
I offer a home from home environment fully stocked with everything children need to learn,develop and thrive. My home from home environment helps children not feel overwhelmed by the change during and after settling in. I stick to parents routines and add my own where necessary. I have planned activities readily available for the children daily as well as full nutritious meals,unless you prefer to bring a packed lunch for your children, which should contain food to form a healthy balanced diet in order for them to be healthy, happy individuals. I will be keeping learning journals and daily diaries for all early years children in my care and aim to work in partnership with parents so that your children can reach their full potential giving them the ability to do well in school. We have regular outings to further develop your children's minds as children learn through experiences. I aim for your children to at least reach Reception level mentally and physically by the time they start school.

My Experience
I did childminding in the early 2000s and I stopped because I moved from South to North London .
I have been working in nursery schools,play groups and children's centres since 2010.
My Qualifications
NVQ2 Children's Care Learning and Development in 2011
Cache Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce in 2012
Level 3 certificate in Home Based Childcare
Paediatric first aid
Clean current DBS.
My Availability
I am available to do the hours of 7am to 6pm.***I have 1 weekday (Monday to Friday) full time 1 to 3 year old space.*** (FULL TIME ONLY). I will not consider part time spaces as a part time child takes up a full time space.

One full week deposit to be paid before child starts that will go towards child's last week payment when leaving.
(Sorry I don't do school runs. If your child goes to The Royal School I may be able to. Other than that I can't. Sorry again).

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
Prices include all meals, snacks, outings, nappies and wipes.
Under 5s:
£150 per week for the full time space.
Out of hours : £50 for a full, up to 12 hour session. No hourly rate.

Hilary looked after our little boy, Ethan, full-time for about 14 months and we couldn't have asked for a better childminder. He settled in straight away and always came away happy - there were times when he didn't want to come home!
Both I and my husband work full-time in central London and our schedules could be quite demanding at times, but Hilary's willingness to be flexible and accommodating helped relieve the pressure on some of our more hectic days!
All in all, Hilary is a fantastic childminder and I would recommend her to anyone. The only reason we sadly had to stop using her was because we moved out of the area - had we stayed around I'm confident Ethan would have stayed with her until the day he started school!
