About Me

I am a registered childminder.I am a mum to 3 wonderful children two girls who are 21 and 18 and my son is 12
I have stayed in East Kilbride for many years. have a large fully enclosed garden with many outdoor toys.

I offer a home from home enviroment with lots of fun, attention and care for every child.

I have a large range of toys for every age including:

play doh, paint & crafts

games and jigsaws

Home corner/shop/workshop

lego/construction

Imaginative play/dress up

I attend toddler group, rhyme and story time at the local library. We also get out to the park and for walks as often as the weather will allow.

I provide all meals (homemade) and healthy snacks throughout the day.

Durring school holidays we have trips to the beach, zoo, sea life centre

At my last inspection I was graded 5-very good.

I am a funded provider (meaning you can use your free childcare hours in my setting)

My Experience

I have 21 years experience in parenting and have been minding children for 10 years ranging from a 4 month old baby to an 11 Year old.

I am also registered with SCMA - Scottish Childminders Association

My Qualifications

I have completed my Intorduction to childminding course.
I also have Safe & Secure (child protection) training.

I have completed many courses-
Pediatric first aid
Child Protection
infection control
GIRFEC (getting it right for every child)
STEM
Child led planning
Child development

My Availability

I have 1 full time space on a Mon and 2 full time spaces on a Tuesday
I have 2 before and after school places Monday to Thursday
I will be available 8am - 5pm and can be flexable outside of those hours.

I also offer a pick up/drop off service if required.
