About Me
I have been registered as a childminder for 30+ years, and I still love and enjoy my work with the children. I have always achieved 'Outstanding and Good' grades either with Lewisham Council and then Ofsted when it changed. My qualifications are all listed below. I have lived in the Grove Park area for 30 years; I also live within 10 minutes walk of Grove Park train and bus station. I encourage and help the children with their education, and I practice healthy eating. My environment is safe, happy and homely. I have a car for work and provide car seats for all ages. I have separate rooms for sleeping and provide cots. This is a non-smoking and non-pets household. I go to lots of playgroups and on outings. I also have a large variety of indoor and outdoor toys and resources.

I have been registered as a childminder for 30+ years, and have cared for children from the ages of 0 months to 8 years old. I have been on many courses and will continue to develop and expand my knowledge in my profession with children.
My Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care/Education, Network Childminder Qualification, First Aider updated every 3 years, NSPCC Child Protection, Child Protection-Allegations, Food Hygiene Level 2, Early Years Foundation Stage, Emotional Attachment, Special Needs Awareness, Understanding Children's Behaviour, Under Three's Matter, Food Allergy, Safeguarding Levels 1 and 2, Channel General Awareness and many more.
My Availability
I work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, but I am flexible with my times. I don't work weekends or bank holidays.

Full time £225 per week, or available for part time which can be discussed.

I have know Diane for nearly 10 years, she has childminded all 3 of my children, for me in an outstanding way.
I’ve always gone back Diane whenever I have Needed her, because of the way she is with my children, and other children.
Diane is very caring,accommodating, friendly and I felt at total ease leaving them in her care. They was so happy there and loved all the outings and activities. They developed their skills with her support.
Diane has a very welcoming and clean home, and always gives great advice about her minded children,
I have nothing but upmost love and respect for Diane. All my children love her , and will forever.!
Would highly recommend! A real home from home!

We have been with Diane for 7 years now, I first came to her with my 7 month old daughter who fell in love with Diane from the off. Diane attends several play groups throughout the week which is great for the social interaction and regularly takes the kids on outings, providing them with new experiences and opportunities to learn.
My youngest daughter is also now with Diane from the ages of 9 months - Diane has always been accommodating to my hectic work schedule and is happy to be flexible where she can. The food is always great with Diane providing tasty healthy meals, my 7 years old often states that my cooking "isn't as good as Diane's!" Her house is always pristine and other children that she looks after as well as mine always seem happy and contented.
Diane is always up to date with her paper work and is very aware of the OFSTEAD requirements ensuring that you as the parent is also, your child's record book is available to be viewed at any time, her communication is great with holiday requests being sent in good time. I would highly recommend Diane, she is great with the children (and parents) she has become part of the family.
