I cannot say loud enough how very special Tracey has become in our lives. She came to care for Eli from 6 weeks old and boy that was a tough adjustment to make as a mother.. so so difficult and upsetting. But Tracey made that easier through her calmness and warmth and genuine interest and care for my child. She understood how difficult leaving my child was to go to work and listened and responded to what I needed to be secure.. Humour and Fun is integral to Tracey's personality and this means Eli absolutely loves hanging out with 'Trace'!! I even see Tracey's fabulous personality coming through Eli which I love ... Tracey is an experienced mother, who I value and respect and we have become an extension of her family .. I just can't rate all she has to offer enough ...Thankyou Trace for all you have done and continue to do... we love you xx
Overall
I was excited to meet Tracey on Monday, after I spoke to her on the phone on Friday. Not only she didn't turn up, but didn't even have the decency to text or call to let me know, she's not coming. I had to text her 40 mins after the time she was supposed to be here, to find out, her car was broken down?! That's pretty much self explanatory about how reliable she is?!

Im saddened by your comment and it was never my intention to upset u or let u down . After braking down on the way to meet you for the first time , i was rather anxious and worried about my car and thought it piority to sort out the situation first . Although i sent u a message that morning ,all be it 40 mins late , i didnt recive a reply from you ? I can only apoligise again ,

Tracey came to us back in 2013 to help look after my then 2 year old a couple of days a week and also to do occasional babysitting. As soon as I met her I knew she'd be the right fit with our family - she's kind, caring, flexible when needed, has a great sense of humour and really understands children. She has continued to babysit for us regularly since my youngest began school and they all love her. She's also happy to deal with our crazy family dog which is a big plus!
I recommend Tracey unreservedly as someone who is reliable and a great family asset with a heart of gold.

Tracey has been are Nanny for nearly three years from when my daughter was 3months old. She is professional friendly loving and caring. My daughter and her have a really special bond and Nanny Trace will be a part of our lives for further years to come. She adores the children she cares for and has been influential with weaning and potty training and teaching my child good habits. She is proactive with the children. Teaching and caring for them at playgrounds and hosting play dates at her home. I moved to colchester not knowing anyone and found Tracey on this website I couldn't have been luckier and we are so glad she is part of our child's life. I would highly recommend her to other parents. Plus she's an amazing cook!!!

Tracey has been with us for two lovely years two days a week. We are very sad to have to let her go. Tracey has been amazing with our daughter, from when she was first born right through til now. Tracey was always on hand to help with night feeds in the early months and was always on hand to help with extra days if we needed.
Tracey would always make sure she took our daughter out every day either to rhyme time, zoo, park etc and would always cook home made meals.
We all have an amazing relationship with Tracey and we see her more as family rather than a nanny, she would always be there for all of us and was always happy to help in what ever way she could.
I am happy to give references or speak to anyone that would like one.
