My little girl first started her time at Mini Bugz when she was 8 months old. At this point she and I had never really spent much time apart from each other. The settling in days were so important for both Amelia and I, and not only did the amazing staff make sure Amelia was calm and settled, they also made such a lovely effort to ask if I was ok!

Since then Amelia has seemingly loved her time with the Mini Bugz staff. My first Mother’s Day was made extra special with the crafts and art she had made and she has also recently won star of the week! These little things were such lovely, and thoughtful surprises.

The use of Tapestry is also so amazing as it is constantly updated and it is so lovely for me to see what else she gets up to during the day, and how she is developing. Her feeding skills have also improved as she eats their delicious meals!

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Communication is fantastic! If she has ever been unsettled I receive text messages that instantly put my mind at rest. The communication book also gives a useful quick run down of the day, and like I have said, the use of Tapestry gives a deeper insight into how she is enjoying her time and developing.

It’s not easy for me being away from Amelia for such long days at work, but I am confident in the knowledge that when she is at Mini Bugz she is happy, extremely well cared for, is having a brilliant time and is developing well from the interaction with other children and the lovely, lovely staff at the nursery.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mini Bugz and sending her here is definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you!
