Home from home
My daughter has been going to Sues house since February this year. She is 17 months old. I really struggled to find a setting where I felt comfortable having suffered with postnatal depression. Sue was so welcoming and her staff. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease. Sue herself is a diamond. Will do anything for the children she looks after and their families and this has shown when I needed emergency care for my daughter at short notice. My daughter has never cried when going to sues only when coming home! She has so much FUN! I'm a mum of 2, work life is busy and home life even more so. My daughter gets to do things in the week that we aren't always able to do at the weekend. Developmentally my daughter is meeting all her milestones. She is showing signs for potty training and her vocabulary is much more advanced than my sons who didn't attend sues house. Sue and the team really do put 110 % in to the children's learning and development. My daughter at 17months old can hold a pencil with the pincer motion a fine motor skill that again my son age 4 can not grasp. Sues is brilliant. As mentioned before I suffer with post natal depression at first I was so needy asking Sue for updates but this was never an issue. Sue and the team send daily updates of the children and what they are doing for the day / what they are learning. Also my daughter pallet is so open to new foods since going to sues house. I can not do anything but praise this setting and Sue herself. Go and visit see for yourself.
