About Me

As a mother, I know how important it is to find the right person to look after your child. I pride myself in being a compassionate, empathetic, loving, nurturing and supportive child care-giver.

I am hard working, reliable, honest and professional. I help children become independent, confident and whole as a person. I aim to create an environment where children learn, explore and develop in a fun, safe, caring way.

I have over 17 years of experience working with children from 2 months to 16 years in various childcare settings including homes, nurseries, childminders and playgroups.

I love doing arts/crafts and science experiments with children. I make and design all the art/craft material with the children and adapt all the activities to the children's skills and age.
I always try and use materials that are natural, safe and what we can find around.
I always try and do seasonal fun activities.

Nisha is currently looking after my son two days a week and she is a lovely nanny. She is very kind, caring and thoughtful both to my son and also to me! A very warm and genuine person. She is very respectful and asks lots of questions so that she can do everything exactly as I would wish. My baby has always only slept in a sling and Nisha was willing to wear him to continue this which has been fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend her as a nanny.

by about Nisha on 25/10/2019

Nisha contacted me about our childcare requirements. She sounded good and we arranged to meet several times over the course of three weeks, but each time was cancelled by her at short notice until finally she said she didn't know when she could meet up.

Response by Nisha on 13/11/2018:

I responded to Laura two or three days in advance saying I could not make our meeting. I had to cancel because me and my son have both been sick. Laura had poor communication and only seen emails on the day rather then when I sent them. I am a honest person and have apologies on both occasions.
