I hired Mimi whilst visiting a friend in a south end. This was my first time using the service and I was not disappointed. She suggested coming earlier to meet our kids and get them to settle with her. She played with the children whilst we got ready. My daughter didn’t go down on time and she put me and my husband at ease saying she would settle her which she did and text me throughout the night.
I would highly recommend. Lovely woman with a really friendly personality

I would just like to thank Mimi for stepping in at short notice to take care of our children on a Saturday evening. Mimi was amazing and dealt with our 2 lively children with the utmost professionalism and care. Due to us attending a family event It was one of a handful of times that our kids have not been looked after by family members and Mimi was excellent at putting the kids at ease, so much so that when they woke up the next morning they asked when they would get to see Mimi again! Truly a wonderful childcare provider and lovely person, we can highly recommend Mimi.

After a rough start to childcare for my little boy I went and saw Mimi who couldn't believe the experience I had with a nursery and was more than happy to have him in her setting.
When he started he loved it with Mimi and I got sent updates and pictures to see how he was getting on throughout the day. Unfortunately my little boy fell poorly for 6 weeks so I had to take him out of childcare all together but Mimi kept I'm contact with me checking up on him, making sure he was OK.
Upon his return to Mimi, she couldn't have done more for him. She treats all the kids like her own and loves them so much.
I can't thank Mimi enough for what she has done for me and my little boy. It hasn't been easy with the staff change but Trudy is a god send to the setting and the children love her. She has got so much time to give to the kids and it's all you can ask for.
I would recommend Mimi to any new parent especially if you would like more reassurance and someone who will answer any questions no matter how silly they may seem.

Mimi has been absolutely wonderful for my son. He is definitely a covid baby where he didn't get the socialisation of a 'normal' child so picking the right childminder was a must for us.
When he started he was a screamer and clingy and Mimi took my son and worked with him so now he is happily going in every week.
There has been a staff change but honestly I think that was for the better, it seems everyone is so much happier and everyone is more comfortable now.
Mimi's house is always spotless, I can't get over how clean it is throughout.
Mimi will settle any queries you have, she is always welcoming when you have questions or queries about their day, settling in or more offical questions. She always give you the time of day.
She will update you throughout the day with updates so you know how exactly they are getting on.
Honestly its a home away from home for my son.

Mimi has looked after my children for over 15 years now , from babies to starting pre -school . My youngest is still with Mimi daily and I think she puts every effort/ love into her work . Not everyday you find a Nanny/ childminder who has abilities to make a difference in a child's life . Very important through the pandemic knowing my child was thoroughly cared for whilst I worked . As a parent I trust her and her new assistant Trudy so much as they both are very caring and responsible adults with 1000% love in there work . Highly recommended

We have had our son with Mimi for 12 months and he has come along so well. If you’re looking for a place with love and trust - look no further.
Trudy has been great and Henry loves everyday he spends there, sometimes I have to drag him away.
Due to a staffing change, Trudy came on board and this has been a fantastic transition for Henry.

I regret to say, If I could leave 0 stars for Mimi, I would. My child was at her daycare for approx 10 months, all was fine until I found out that she had an assistant working for her without an acceptable DBS check.
I had requested to see the assistants documents which is my right due to my child being in their care, and the next day I was told that we were no longer welcome and that a refund for the rest of the month would be given. I was unhappy but accepted the refund.... which never came!
Mimi then stated that the refund wasn’t coming due to a months notice being needed for leaving, even though it was her decision that we were no longer welcome at her daycare- just because I had questioned the qualifications of the assistant she randomly brought in. Thank goodness I did because they were not enhanced DBS checked which is a legal requirement when working directly with children:
I have filed an official complaint with OFSTED but if youre looking for a reliable, professional childcare provider who will treat your child like their own- THIS ISNT IT.

You had given consent for my assistant to step in ..
Changes had to be made quickly due to personal matters.. local authorities were notified and I have their full support in this matter ..
I only showed love for your child and have made some lovely memories with her and helped her develop in so many words ..
