Amazing - highly recommended

Both of my daughters have been to Clare ( and still do ) my eldest is now 5years and has been since 9 months old. Clare is fabulous! A lovely home from home environment, my girls love going and always love to get ready in the mornings when they go to Clares. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their needs are met at all times. Communication is fab and we get pictures through the day of what my girls are up to - they are supported with anything they may struggle with and we are supported too should we need advice ( potty training etc ) i really can’t express how happy we are with the care our girls have received and if I could give 6 stars I would. I recommend her to all of my friends who have children. Xx

First Class experience

Firstly wow!!
My daughter has been coming to Clare for 4+years.
My daughter thrived in the setting and became part of her family. The love and care Clare gives to Hailey is amazing! My daughter was struggling with speech and Clare was very quick to guide us as parents on how we could help her at home. Her knowledge of children is outstanding.
Would I recommend Clare absolutely I would! If you want your child to be in a homely, secure, loving setting. Then look no further. If you want to call me to ask about my experience in more detail then please do so on 07950939242.

My daughter still attends Clare in the school holidays as it's her second home now!

Awful Experience - Made me feel a bad parent

After the current childminder finished trading (who was absolutely amazing) I was desperate to find somewhere close to home and as this person was already acquainted with my child through playgroups etc I decided to go ahead with the childminding even though I had heard negative warnings.
After only 3-4 weeks she gave up on my child, saying it wasn't the right setting for him, he doesn't listen. I never did pick up without at least 1 negative comment about my child. Bear in mind they were 2 (going on 3). Basically couldn't cope with a headstrong child who was a little loud and confident.
I took them straight out of her care and got him into a lovely 5* nursery, who I gave this information to upon their start and has since fed back to be that my child is "normal" 3 year old and has no idea how this person made such an opinion of my child.
They have now started mainstream nursery with the most confidence and i'm so glad I got away from this childminder.

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with my childminding services. However, I must respectfully disagree with the statements you have made in your review.

First and foremost, I pride myself on providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children under my care. I take my responsibilities as a childminder very seriously, and I work hard to create an atmosphere of trust and security for both children and parents alike.

Furthermore, I have always been communicative and transparent with parents regarding their child's wellbeing and any issues that may arise. I believe that open and honest communication is essential in building a positive relationship with both the child and their family.

In regards to your comment about me making you feel like a bad parent, I can assure you that this is not my intention nor something that I have ever expressed to any of the parents under my care. As a childminder, I understand that parenting is a challenging and often overwhelming task, and I am here to support and assist parents in any way that I can.

I take all feedback seriously, and I am always looking for ways to improve my services. If you would like to discuss any concerns or issues that you may have had, I am more than willing to listen and address them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, I hope that in the future, you will consider the impact that your words can have on others. It is my sincere hope that we can move forward in a more positive and respectful manner.

My LB has been going here for the past couple of weeks and absolutely loves it! Clare went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with everything and so was my LB. I receive plenty of pictures of him doing all sorts! Can't fault her service at all, she has a beautiful house with a lovely spacious playroom and does all homemade food herself. So glad I found you!

Clare's Childminding

Clare provides an excellent service! The kids have great indoor and outdoor areas to play in and loads of activities to keep them entertained. Clare works hard to provide a healthy and happy environment - I would highly recommend it!!
