Heather looked after our two kids (6yo boy and 2yo girl) for two weeks while we attended a conference in Edinburgh. The moment we met her we knew we were in luck! She did her best to accomodate our needs. She picked the kids up and took them by car to various child friendly attractions in the city, including the swimming pool and the cimbing centre. There was never a dull day for them. She provided their food, she put them to sleep when we were late and she even washed their clothes :) She was independent, professional and reliable and we felt confident to leave the kids in her care. I have met my full share of babysitters and nannies during my parenting years and Heather tops this list!

Heather is an incredibly warm and generous carer, lively and bubbly enough to always enthral and light up my daughter's eyes. She is also very experienced so you feel relaxed and confident that she can take care of any issues that arise in your absence. A gem to know and work with. I would love to keep working with Heather when ever I come for work to Edinburgh, subject to her availability. I can so understand why she is in such high demand!

We just wanted to thank you for the great help you have been since our return from Singapore. We have not had a nanny before in the UK, and the demands of our relocation were considerable. We needed someone flexible, organised, reliable and kind who was able to adapt to various situations as we were trying to settle with a 5 year old and a newborn baby. You not only met the challenge but proved yourself to be inventive in finding exciting and fun things to do with our 2 children over the past 5 months.
We are wholeheartedly happy to recommend you to any family looking for an ad hoc nanny and we wish we could take you with us to our new destination!

we can definitely recommend Heather for babysitting; my 8 month old son and 3 years old daughter loved her and were well cared for. Very relaxed and excellent with babies - certainly knows what she's doing as our little boy and girl can be a handful! Thanks again and will be needing you again I'm sure!

I know we posted a review months ago but sure enough Heather came to our rescue again. The kids adore her and she's been such a support for the whole family through stressful times! Thank you so much Heather!

She has absolutely life saver for me. With last minute cancellation from my other arranged nanny it could still make space for my child.
She had to made sure that my kids have followed their vegetarian dietary requirements. She offered home made sandwich to my kids which they loved. My child loves her, as soon as she see's her she rushes to get into her car.
Bearing in mind she has my child for few hours still she keeps her makes sure my daughter had enough food or water.
Absolutely wonderful person and no doubt a wonderful nanny too. Thanks for all your support Heather.

thank you for taking the time out to write a review. I hope that you will keep me in your back pocket for the next few years to pick up any ad hoc situation. I have enjoyed working with both children lets hope in the summer time we can have some nice times together on my adventure days (i promise not the number 26 bus again)
Heather was just fantastic at putting the kids at ease, they absolutely loves spending time with her and she put in such a lot of effort with them, not an easy task when you have to step in at short notice! I'll be recommending Heather to anyone in need of a lifesaver! She is fantastic!

Heather is a fantastic lady with a heart of gold. She has been looking after my 3 daughters for sometime now. She managed to drop them and collect them from school, take them to after school activities while entertaining my little one all at once. She is friendly, kind, gentle, funny and very understanding of the girls different personalities and needs. They love her so much and I feel safe that they are in good hands and very well taken care of. A very happy parent

As a single mom lives with two kids (currently 5 and 1) sometimes it is very difficult for me to deal with my kids needs. So, I was start looking for a babysitter and I found Heather, I contacted her and she suggested to visit me first and let my kids know and get familiar with her. After a couple of visiting, my son loves her and he never wants her to leave. He is really enjoying the time with her. I highly recommend her. She is great with children. She is so kind, compassionate, and patient. She always on time and she always around when I need her services.
I am very glad that I have her in my life.

Heather literally stepped in when I was in the greatest need. She found me and actively got in touch and her intuition proved her absolutely right!
The services she offers are beyond imagination, literally going out of her way towards all directions to keep the kids happy, active, healthy and safe.
Not only did she step in, she enriched our lives with all her force and might!
Took the kids places that were long overdue to be visited and was even happy to have Mitchy Moo (her dog) taken care of by neighbours if the kids were allergic.
Good updates when requested and went along great with the kids' program/needs at all times.
She made sure to provide fresh snacks every day and even had me with a smile over my ears with her feedback messages and while sending us away for the day.
5 stars are an understatement for the quality of services Heather provides and her general input in one's life!
Strongly recommended to parents who seek for integrity, cleanliness and peace of mind while fullfilling their obligations knowing the kids are in good hands and having a blast!
PS She also operated like rehab to my addicted son; in just 2 days time he got rid of his soother and he went in even needing to hold one on his hand!
Ever so grateful Heather is in our lives.
