We feel incredibly lucky to have had Nicky care for our baby from the age of 5 months to 1 year. From the very beginning, she showed such genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. She created a nurturing environment where our little one thrived, always responsive to his needs, development, and routines.
She supported his milestones with care, from tummy time to first steps, and brought joy to each day through songs, play, and gentle encouragement. Her experience with infants was evident in the way she handled feeding, naps, and soothing with such ease and confidence.
Most of all, we trusted her completely. She was reliable, thoughtful, and always communicated clearly with us. Our baby lit up when he saw her each morning.
We wholeheartedly recommend Nicky to any family seeking a loving and capable caregiver. She became a special part of our lives, and we’ll always be grateful for the beautiful start she gave our son.

Nicky was the sole live-out nanny for our 6 month-old daughter for about 7 months.
Nicky took great care of our daughter, including maintaining a routine and updating it as necessary, taking her out to daily walks, preparing her meals and snacks, and ensuring she was looked after and occupied. Throughout the entire period we were always confident that our daughter was safe and happy in Nicky's care.
This was a particularly challenging period due to COVID-19, which meant that both parents were at home working throughout the days. Nicky was very accommodating, flexible, and easy to have around the house and navigated the challenges of supporting a baby during a difficult time very well.
A great choice for a young baby!

Nicky acted as a night nanny to our twins aged from 8-14 weeks.
Nicky is reliable, punctual and organised and was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable about baby sleep and routines, helping us to get the twins sleeping through the night.
Nicky managed to bond with our babies, despite their being asleep for much of her shifts! It is clear she really loves babies and enjoys taking care of them.
We will certainly seek to work with Nicky again in the future.
